Train Safely

When training in the clinch, knees should not be thrown with full power. Even with protection, it is still possible to injure your partners. Clinch hard, but knee light.

My knees are safe

I had problems with colliding knees with my opponents and it would make me lag on counters. Now I can focus on form and counters without worrying about my knees getting injured

Lots of cushion

I think they might run a bit on the small side, I got the L/XL just to be on the safe side and they fit well. Very cushioned, didn't even feel a knee clash while wearing them.
